1. License Grant

PumpIQ grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device per license key purchased.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Share your license key with others.
• Rent, lease, or lend the software.

3. Refunds

We offer a 60-day trial version. Please test the software thoroughly before purchasing. Refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been generated and activated, except required by law.

4. Bug Policy & Extensions

We are committed to delivering stable software. Our bug policy is as follows:

• Trial Users: If you report a valid bug during your trial period, you will receive 1 extra month of validity when you purchase a license.
• Paid Users: If you report a valid bug after purchase, we will prioritize fixing it. Additionally, your license validity will be extended by 1 month as compensation.

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. PumpIQ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
