At PumpIQ, we deal exclusively in digital software solutions. We do not sell physical products that require shipping.

1. Format of Delivery

All software licenses are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification, your unique License Key is generated instantly.

2. Delivery Mechanism

Your License Key will be delivered in two ways:

• Instant On-Screen Display: The key will be shown on the success screen immediately after payment.
• Email Confirmation: A copy of the license key and purchase receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery is immediate (Instant). In rare cases of technical delays, the email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive your key within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

4. Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical boxes, CDs, or manuals. The software installer is available for download directly from our website at any time.
