Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

PumpIQ offers a fully functional Free Trial of our software. We strongly encourage all customers to download, install, and test the software to ensure it meets their requirements before purchasing a license.

2. No Refund Policy

Since we provide a free trial and the product is a digital license key that cannot be "returned" once revealed, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the key is delivered.

All sales are final.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• If a technical error resulted in a double charge for the same transaction.
• If the License Key generated is proven to be invalid or non-functional due to a server-side error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

Since orders are processed instantly, there is no "cancellation" window. Once you click "Pay" and the transaction is successful, the order is complete.
